Social program


A morning and afternoon coffee break will be served in the conference site.


Lunches will be provided in a reserved room at Cantina de Santiago (students restaurant of the University of Aveiro's Campus), starting at 12h30 from Monday 30th of March to Thursday 2nd April 2015.
It will include soup, main dish (fish, meat, diet or vegetarian), salad buffet, desert (fruit or sweet item) and a drink (water, soft drink, beer, wine).



The TO-BE Spring Meeting 2015 Social Program will be held at Aliança, Vinhos de Portugal - Underground Museum. Wine and Art will be simultaneously presented in the caves. Aliança's wines will be combined with the local gastronomy, and a cultural visit around the museum.

Tuesday 31st March 2015 (19h00-24h00) -

The price for social program will be 46 € and will include transportation to the caves, welcome drink, visit to the museum and banquet dinner.

Please register for catering and social program by filling the registration form and send it by email with the proof of payment till the 10th of March.

After this date, the catering and participation on the social event cannot be ensured.
